Check out Geeks to Go. It's a forum type site that provides some really good computer help.
They helped me out with a serious problem I had earlier this year.

If you're looking for more professional help, check out this one -

It's a paid service but it's available by phone 24/7.

I did join but while I was waiting for a response from them I was going around to other sites and I found a great site called Givemegraphics http://www.givemegraphics.com/forum2/index.php I was able to get most of the problems solved just waiting on an answer from them on something else. I do appreciate the info though I was looking and asking quetions everywhere My computer was really irritating me you know what I mean Im sure. When it is shutting down the browser every 5 minutes you cant get anything done. Thanks for the help though I see where Geeks to Go has answered me I will see if they have any ideas to help my browser out it only shuts down every couple hours. Big improvement but Im going for not shutting down period. To your success! And Thanks for the help Very Happy

Chris, are you using Firefox as your browser? If you are, there is a quick fix on the shuttiing down problem on their website. I had the same problem, mine was shutting off and I was losing all my bookmarks too.
